Easter and a Birthday

Every few years, Eli's birthday falls on Easter.  This year we did our Easter stuff after Church and then The rest of the family came over to do the egg hunt and celebrate Eli and Mom's birthdays.  It was a lot of fun to see all the kids hunt for the eggs.  Naomi was dropping them out of her basket as fast as she was putting them in.  After the hunt, we had dinner and then celebrated the birthdays.  Eli choose a chocolate cake from Costco, so yummy!  Eli is growing up into such a little man.  We love his funny personality and his willingness to help.  He has really enjoyed school this year and loves to write.  We will often find him writing notes or cards for people.  He also loves to count money.  We tease that he is going to be an accountant when he grows up.

I love the picture of them sitting inside of their Hula Hoops. Those are so fun and waist whittlers. I've been trying to keep up on my hula skills.
