Return From Paradise

A chief and dancer from Fiji

The Luau at the Polynesian Cultural Center

Laie Temple

View of the Ocean from our 11th story balcony. The water is so beautiful and clean. We basically had our own private beach

Wow I can't even begin to describe how neat Hawaii was. There are so many great pictures to show. I could do pages of them! It is absolutely beautiful there. Everyhting is green and the water is turquoise and not very cold. We stayed on the west end of the island and so it was very quiet. At the busiest time there were only 10 people on our beach. The beach was so clean and beautiful. Our condo looked right out on the ocean. We cram packed our week with all sorts of fun activities. We went snorkeling at Shark's Cove and saw sea turtles just a few feet from us. We went to the LaieTemple and the grounds are amazing! We also went to the Polynesian Cultural Center. It is absolutely increddible! We actually went back for another day because there is so much to see and do. We did the luau and night show and had a great time. We went jet skiing and rode underwater scooters by Waikiki. We got to see a group of about 25 dolphins swim right next to us. We also went on a boat ride. We hiked to Minoa Falls and that was beautiful. We also toured the Dole Plantation which was pretty neat and did the largest maze in the world. We rented a sea kayak and went out on the ocean. And we did so much more, we were pretty exhausted by the end of the week. We definitely left with some amazing memories! Everyone should go there at least once in their life!!
