I always have mixed feelings about giving the kids their first haircut. I know their hair is so shaggy and needs it, but it also seems to immediately make them look less like a baby. I held out with Spencer for awhile and then finally decided to just do it, well Keith actually did the cutting. We gave him a sucker to distract him, it didn't really work though. He was not a big fan of the hair cutting procedure. I do have to admit he looked so handsome afterward.
