It is that time again, the wonderful Fall Season. I love this time of year. I love the cooler weather , the great holidays, and of course the Balloon Fiesta. The opening Saturday we like to get up and go chase some balloons. We get up early and load up the kids in the van, get some donuts, juice, and head out. This year we decided to go down Alameda Rd because it seemed like a lot of balloons we down there. We saw a few landing in a small field and so we parked there. It was the perfect place, about 12 balloons landed right there and tons more flew right over us. We got to talk to the pilots and they gave the kids cards and even a coveted balloon patch.

I caught this balloon right as it came in front of the sun. It blocked it out making the sky look white.
