Saturdays can be very busy around here. We often have a soccer game or tennis lessons, church activities or assignments, parties, you name it. It is rare to have an open Saturday. If you asked the kids they would probably tell you that Saturday is work day. I think Keith and I would question how much work actually gets done, but we do try teach them how to work hard and do a job well done. There is definitely no lack of things to be done, we always seem to have a list longer than we can accomplish. This Saturday, the oil needed changing in the car. Keith wanted to teach the boys how to do it. He got all the supplies and had a little hands on lesson. I am so grateful that he knows how to do so many things to keep our home and family running. We definitely keep him busy with the list of things to fix, repair or maintain. It is really neat to watch him teach the kids these valuable skills. Hopefully our kids will look back on these years and be grateful for the things that they learned and that even though we worked hard we also had a lot of fun!
