The Stockings Were Hung

We woke up this morning to snow! It was not a big snowstorm where we are but they got tons on the mountain bench and north of us. It set a very festive mood. And the best part is that it did not stick to the roads so it is safe to drive!

We set up our tree and decor a few weeks ago. The kids were really excited and had fun helping. So far Eli has only broke two glass icicles, good thing I have a ton of extras! I also count it a success that the kids have not lost the baby Jesus in their nativity set yet. Last year He went missing for a few weeks. Maybe they did learn from our little lecture, I mean lesson, on taking care of their Nativity and how special it is!

Ella Bella enjoyed helping with the decorations. She thought this little bear could use some hugs. Poor Ella, she still has not grown any hair, but she sure does have some cute rosy cheeks!

Please do not mistake that baby for a tree ornament. It may seem tempting if you find a bare spot that could use a pink clad cherub, but she is better off just observing trimming activities from a bouncy seat.

Ah, your house looks so cute! I am watching the snow right now and shouting for joy! Love the white stuff:)

That is the best kind of snow...just enough to set the mood, but not enough to cause danger!
