Our trip to Utah proved to be quite epic for many reasons, including a motorcycle wreck, bee sting, and car troubles among others. We planned on staying for a week, but it didn't quite work out that way. Our transmission went out and after weighing all the options we decided to put a new one in. That meant staying longer while it was built, shipped out to us and then installed. $2000 and one extra week later we had a new transmission and lots of memories! Although it was a bit stressful to have car problems, we still had a wonderful time and were so grateful for all of the help and kindness we received. Our trip began staying with Dale and Camille. The kids had a blast playing with their cousins and we got spoiled with good food! The Pinoli's were there for this first two days and so we got to hang out with them which was nice. All the girl cousins slept at one house and all the boy cousins slept at another, they had a lot of fun! We went swimming at the Lehi Legacy pool and everyone had a blast, we will definitely have to do that again. In the evening we had a BBQ and it was nice to visit with everyone and catch up.
