October was so incredibly busy this year! It seems like we had something every single day, often multiple things. We finally got to carve our pumpkins for FHE two night before Halloween. The kids had all picked out little pumpkins so we drew faces on with marker and it was a big hit. Keith got started on our pumpkin, we even had a really cool design picked out, but sadly we only made it as far as cutting the top and cleaning out the inside. Oh well, there is always next year. He did however, have a blast chasing the kids around with his goopy pumpkin hand. Of course the kids gave him just the reaction he wanted, screams and lots of giggles! We made caramel apples for our treat, yum.
