This past Sunday Keith's parents had a three hour layover here. They were on their way back from our Mario, our brother-in-law's graduation. Congrats Mario and Jana on all your hard work! We had a little picnic with them and other family members who are in town. It was fun to be able to hang out with them even if it was just for a short time.
That weekend we also got to go to Sandia Family Day. They let family come into where Keith works. They have not done this for 10 years so it was a pretty big deal. Normally nobody can come in because they do classified jobs and you need top security clearance. It was really fun to see his office and some of the other labs he works in. There were a lot of things we weren't allowed to see because they were so highly classified. We did get to see the solar tower and go in an anechoic chamber, boy I need one of those at home!

Michael's work has talked about having a family day, but it still hasn't happened. When he sat my the window on the first floor, I could kind of see his space from outside the tinted window. You are so lucky!
That is really neat that you were able to spend some time with Gma and Gpa. I bet it was fun to be able to go to Keith's work. I bet he had fun showing you all around.
