For Spring Break Keith planned a fun road trip for the family. We went all over western Texas visiting friends and family. Our first stop was El Paso to see hi sister. We had a really great time visiting them and seeing their wonderful home. Next we went to Carlsbad Caverns, New Mexico. It is absolutely amazing. I have been there several times and it is so awesome every time. Everyone should go there in their lifetime! Then we went to Lubbock to visit a beloved family, the Cole's, who Keith grew up with. He had such a great time visiting with them and reminiscing about their memories. After that we went and camped in Palo Duro, the grand Canyon of Texas. It is really beautiful. We had fun hiking around. Then we went up to Amarillo to visit his Aunt and cousin and we had a fun lunch with them. After that we drove up to Dalhart to see Keith's grandma Tracey. The kids and I have never met her so it was really nice to visit with her. After that we headed home. It was an awesome road trip. The kids behaved so well and of course they had a blast! It was so nice to spend so much time together as a family.

What a blast. I am sure many memories were created for the kiddos. What part of Texas do you guys live in?
Wow - looks like so much fun! I love roadtrips... so much. It's great that you got to see so many friends and family, too! Glad you had fun and stayed safe :)
How fun! Thanks for sharing.
You have the all-American family - RV and everything! What a fun trip. Your kids will totally love those memories. Trips like that were the highlight of my childhood.
Sounds like a great vacation! My parents are down near the Caverns right now because my mom has a contract with a local hospital. They are loving it--they've gone to the mine several times and can't get enough of it. Hope you guys win the award for best parents because you deserve it;).
That looked like a ton of fun. Did you enjoy the motor home? We thought tht someday we would take a road trip in one, but haven't yet. Someday...
John and I were loving the kids with their "finger" horns. You guys crack us up.
I bet your vacation was just what the family needed.
Looks like a fun time! Did you guys rent a motorhome??
