For Labor Day (Yes I am behind) we went out to Coronado State Monument. They have some ancient Indian ruins and there is a trail along the river. We had a fun little nature walk and checking out all of the sights. The kids chased lizards and inspected insects along the river. They also tried to skip rocks. It is always so nice to be able to get outside!
