This year Lauren choose to have a family activity instead of a party with friends for her birthday. She wanted to go ice skating and practice her new skills that she learned from her ice skating lessons. Finding a time to go proved very tricky with our crazy May schedule. So two weekends ago we were finally able to go. Everyone had a blast! Lauren skated all on her own and even showed us a few tricks. Caleb was hesitant at first, but once I got him a little ice walker he was off. He skated at full speed for almost two hours, we finally had to drag him off the ice!
