Due to some crazy scheduling conflicts, we decided it would be best to celebrate Father's Day with Keith on Friday night. During the week, the kids and I drove across town to an International market to get his favorite drink, Hawaiian Sun. They import it from Hawaii, of course you pay a pretty penny for it, but Keith is worth it! We also got him an athletic watch that he could use for training. We wanted him to have no clue what was in the box, so we filled the shoe box up with rocks and then put the watch in. The boys were so excited about tricking him, they really got into it. They tried several boxes and rock combinations to get it to fit just right. By the time he got home, they were so giddy with anticipation they could hardly stand it. We had a nice dinner of grilled steak, sweet corn on the cob and mashed potatoes. Then we opened his gifts, with a lot of help from the kids. We sure a grateful to have such an amazing Father in our home. He sacrifices a lot to serve us and spend time with. He is an incredible example of faith, obedience and service. Happy Father's Day!
